Gretchen EhleExecutive DirectorGretchen Ehle serves as Executive Director of ICOM-US, working in partnership with the Board of Directors, members, and organizational partners to advance the mission of connecting U.S. museum professionals with the global museum community. Gretchen brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience at the intersection of international affairs, global partnerships, nonprofit management, and organizational strategy. Throughout her career, she has led complex international initiatives, strengthened mission-driven organizations, and developed partnerships across government, nonprofit, academic, and philanthropic sectors. As Executive Director, Gretchen leads efforts to strengthen ICOM-US programming, deepen member engagement, expand international collaboration, and support the organization’s continued growth and development.
