ICOM-US Welcomes Gretchen Ehle as Executive Director

The Board of Directors of ICOM-US is pleased to welcome Gretchen Ehle as the organization's new Executive Director.

Gretchen brings more than two decades of executive leadership at the intersection of international affairs, global partnerships, nonprofit management, and organizational strategy. Throughout her career, she has led complex international initiatives, strengthened mission-driven organizations, and built enduring partnerships across government, nonprofit, academic, and philanthropic sectors.

As Executive Director, Gretchen will work closely with the ICOM-US Board of Directors, our membership associates, Strategic Association Management (SAM), and our members to strengthen programming, deepen member engagement, expand international collaboration, and advance the mission of connecting U.S. museum professionals with the global museum community
